Cranberry Walnut No Knead Bread
Who doesn't love bread? And this is loaf is so simple anyone can do it!
First, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit overnight.
Ingredients:
3 C flour1/2 t instant yeast
1 1/4 t salt
1 1/2 C warm water
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1 C dried cranberries
1/4 C honey
After you've let that sit for 12-18 hours (I just let mine sit overnight on the counter), you'll need to heat up your dutch oven slowly in your oven (just put it in before you turn your oven on). You want both your dutch oven and oven to warm up to 450°.
While your oven is heating up, dump your very wet dough onto a piece of parchment paper and fold the dough over a few times with just a little flour. You don't want to be too rough with that dough - you'll want to leave all those air bubbles in tact and you don't want your dough to get too dry.
When your oven and dutch oven are piping hot CAREFULLY move your bread on the parchment paper into the dutch oven. (yes, you'll cook your bread on the parchment paper inside the dutch oven).
Cover and cook for about 35 minutes.
